MS Europa 2 is a passenger ship built in 2013. It has the flag of Malta and according to the Berlitz Guide to Cruising & Cruise Ships she is the highest rated cruise ship in the world. She was spotted in the Kiel Canal by Juergen Braker.
Built in 2007, this Russian flagged ice breaker is named “50 Let Pobedy” which translates to “Fiftieth Anniversary of Victory” and refers to WWII. She was the largest nuclear-powered icebreaker until 2016 when the LK-60Ya-class Arktika was launched.
This Liberia flagged containership was built in 2009 by Hanjin Hic and is being operated by Zodiac Maritime Agencies Ltd. Its gross tonnage is 73,779 and has been reported to reach 22.8 knots in speed. It was spotted in Fremantle, Australia by Graham Flett.
This Marshal Island flagged bulk carrier was built in 2009 by Saiki Heavy Industries Ltd, and is currently owned by Marine Ace. It is almost 172 metres long with a gross tonnage of 19,800 and was spotted in Kiel Canal by Rainville.
Susan Borchard is a containership with the Antigua Barbuda flag. She has another ten sister ships and was spotted by Thanasis Sallas in Piraeus. The Port of Piraeus is the port of Athens since ancient times and it is among the biggest in the Mediterranean sea and Europe.
