We are a marine services provider established on 2008 by the late President/CEO of the company Archie Cortez which owes its roots first on Afloat Ships Repair and Hydraulic hoses supply based in Davao City, Philippines, catering local and international vessels calling all over Mindanao Ports. The company later on expanded its scope doing Underwater Ships Repair, Inspection and Maintenance and also got involved in Marine Lifesaving Services and Supplies. In a course of decade, OPMS has transformed into a "One Stop Shop" Marine Services Provider operating all over the Philippines. We also have grown into a viable commercial diving unit. In the ever-expanding technology-based field of diving, we have been actively participating in onshore projects, power plants, ship repairs, submarine cable installations, pipeline maintenance and seawater inlet systems. Our Air Diving Team acquired adequate expertise and certification such as IMCA Certificated Diving Supervisors, CSWIP 3.1u NDT Inspection Divers and AWS underwater welding /burning certification. Our team also possess exposures in offshore oilfield platform construction and IMR (Inspection, Maintenance and Repair) Air Diving Works.
