SOHAR Port and Freezone is a deep-sea port and free zone in the Sultanate of Oman, managed by Sohar Industrial Port Company (SPIC), a 50:50 joint venture between the Port of Rotterdram and the Sultanate of Oman. The Freezone is a 4,500 hectare development and together with the Port has attracted global investments of US$26 Billion.

SOHAR has four major clusters - logistics, petrochemicals, metals, and more recently the food cluster, which includes Oman's first ever terminal to be dedicated to the handling of agricultural bulk.

The clusters manage the nation's strategic food reserves and joins independent terminals operated by world-class leading companies that include C. Steinweg Oman for general cargo, Oil Tanking Terminals & Company LLC for liquid cargo, and Hong-Kong based Hutchinson Whampoa for containers.
