It was incorporated in Nigeria as a private liability firm in 2003 under Nigerian Companies And Allied Matters act of 1968. It commenced operations in 2003 as a procurement support in the oil and gas and manufacturing industry. Over the years SAL witnessed tremendous growth and has expanded its core competence to include corrosion monitoring and control, pipeline construction and maintenance, supply of personnel and training services.
