Through a combined business/education model, PHASTAR is able to offer unique life experiences, learning and training opportunities for high school and technical education students and adults seeking to learn new skills. This model affords the chance to not only improve the efficiency and scope of local industry and public services, but also helps arm local students and adults with the tools to break the cycle of poverty and achieve self-sufficiency.

The cornerstone of PHASTAR's education related programming is Davis Aerospace and Maritime High School, a cutting-edge public high school designed for students who wish to pursue their curiosity or passion for aerospace and maritime in a supportive environment that prepares them for college, careers and citizenship.
PHASTAR is continuing to develop innovative new programs to support Davis Aerospace and Maritime High School and Cleveland's maritime industry. Each program provides incredible opportunities for our Davis A&M students to become part of the maritime community while gaining experience and sea time.
PHASTAR 2543 is the area's first dedicated EMS/RESCUE vessel and is set up with basic/advances life support equipment while deployed.
Our River Communications Office primary function is to facilitate effective communication and coordination amoung the various operations and interest on the Cuyahoga River and Cleveland waterfront.
PHASTAR's Spirit of America program is one of 19 SoA programs across the United States.
Our River Ambassador Program utilizes accredited paddle boarders and kayakers to promote safety, education and goodwill on our rivers and tributaries.
