Rovesa was founded by Oscar Rojas Gracia in 1971 under the name of Naviera Nacional, S.A de C.V., providing Ship Agency services in the Port of Tampico. In 1991 it was reborn as Agencia Rojas Vela y Asociados (ROVESA). It has since diversified its services to provide integral maritime services including ship agency, cargo /logistic services, and offshore services, while expanded operations to cover all Mexican Ports. After more than 40 years, the Rojas family and an experienced team continues to provide high quality maritime service in Mexico.Our mission is to provide high quality, personalized maritime services in Mexico, while building long term relationships with our clients, becoming a trusted ally for their operations.Our core business is Ship Agency, in the last years attending the demand of our customers we have developed Cargo Services and Offshore Services with the purpose to attend these segments.
