Ccrow, an abbreviation of “Central certificates registry for on- & offshore workers” started registering vessel and personnel documents and certificates in April 2017.

As the offshore constructions are built at a rapid pace around Europe, with vessels and their crews being send from one project to another, often without delays, there was a need to centralize all data in an accessible location.

Ccrow offers that service, by checking all submitted documents and registering them with issue and expiry dates, Serial numbers, and providing the client with a total overview of the submitted documents. We can also assist companies when registering these documents on projects.

We notify the client if documents are about to expire, giving them time to renew or update the data.

From the start there was interest from other sectors like building, logistics, transport and chemical industries.

In short, almost everyone in the maritime or technical sectors has documents or certificates with expiry dates that need to be followed-up.
