The work is limited to all the works required by the shipand the crew on behalf of the owner or operator during the period of itspresence in the port, from paying the fees to the oil companies and paying thesovereign fees and the cost owed to the sovereign authorities and the rest ofthe other parties, in addition to collecting the amounts owed to the owner oroperator,

Procedures of Work:

 The work begins fromthe moment of appointment as an agent at the port of loading or unloading:

(a) Before the shiparrives:

●       Informthe ship owner or charterers of the current situation of the port, the expectedstart and end time for shipping, and the expected fees for that voyage, andinform them whether there are any instructions that the master must know beforehis arrival, such as: the coordinates of the entry lane within the territorialwaters to the landing site or any other Instructions related to otherauthorities.

D- During loadingand unloading: the agent supervises the shipping process, monitors thecensus, time and all data in the case of direct shipping and informs the shipowner or charterers of the situation every 4 hours a day until the completionof the process, as well as taking all necessary procedures until the completionof the shipping process.

●       Informingthe ship's owners of the hour of sailing, and sending them a copy of theshipping documents.
