Les Entreprises PEC has taken on the mission of providing superior quality services and equipment at competitive prices in the following sectors: civil engineering, marine work, snow removal and equipment rental. Through constant growth and steady advances in efficiency, Les Entreprises PEC aims to consolidate its position as the regional leader in its field of activity.

Background

The letters PEC pay homage to the company’s founder, Paul-Eugène Cayouette. He began his career as a timber contractor before diversifying into the transportation and snow removal sectors. In 1980, he founded the firm P.E. Cayouette et Fils inc., which became Les Entreprises PEC inc. in 1996.

Today, the company’s future is assured by a solid family team composed of his oldest son François (president), his youngest son Guy (vice-president) and his grandson, Bruno (general foreman). Together with the employees, these three shareholders form a dynamic, professional team, ever-attentive to the needs of their clientele. 

Social commitment

Les Entreprises PEC and its staff are actively involved in their community and every year, they make numerous donations in cash or by trading services. The following are just some of the organisations or events that have received donations or sponsorships:

Centre Bonne Aventure, Fêtes du 250e de Bonaventure, Festival d’été international de Québec à New Richmond, Club de golf de Bonaventure, Croix- Rouge, Bioparc, etc.
