S.P. SATRIA LOGISTICS SDN BHD , a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sabah Port Sdn. Bhd. was established on the 25th January 2006 as the first and only formal bunkering company in Sabah. Apart from being the sole bunker fuel and marine lubricants supplier at all ports, SPSL also provides services such as Fresh Water supply, Waste Oils and Garbage collection from ships that call at ports. Provision of heavy lifting and shuttling of cargoes within the port are also provided at Kota Kinabalu port.

SPSL also involves in the downstream oil and gas activities through its storage and distribution depots in Sapangar Bay and Lahad Datu.
