HYDRAULIC/PNEUMATIC MANAGEMENT

·Hose & Equipment THM Service – Asset Management (Service & routine maintenance)

· Hose Identification - Hoses tagged and added to a hose register

· System Design - Hydraulic & Pneumatic System design and installation.

· Fault Finding – Hydraulic & Pneumatic System fault finding and repair

· Fluid Analysis – Fluid samples taken from system and contamination report supplied

· Ram Repair – Hydraulic rams removed and returned once repaired / tested

· Hydraulic System Overhaul – Power units and machinery taken from site to our depot and overhauled

· Hose & System Flushing – Flushing unit brought to site and hoses flushed to industry standards up to 2”. Hoses can also be pressure tested on site. (420V, 3 Phase Supply Required)

· Hydraulic Motor & Pump Refurbs – Both Pneumatic & Electrical Drive Pumps or motors stripped, repaired and tested.
